Delay In Order Delivery

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Returns Policy

Returns are only considered if the below criteria applies:

• Product Defect: email us here. Claim must be submitted upon delivery. Claim will be reviewed, and Product must be verified as defected when returned.

• Lost Shipment: A confirmation from the shipping company that the parcel was lost.
